The majority of our clients prefer 1-2 times per week. We offer one time or seasonal scooping, 1-5 times per week Monday through Friday. We work with what works for you and your pet.
Are you bonded and insured?
Poop Angels and its employees are fully bonded and insured.
Do you scoop on holidays?
Poop Angels observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Day Friday, Christmas Week (We will take the following week off, if Christmas falls on a weekend).
Can my dogs stay in the yard when you scoop?
Poop Angels love animals and are happy to work with friendly dogs present in the yard. We love dogs and enjoy playing with them while we are there. It’s what makes our job fun!
Can I choose my service day and time?
Poop Angels cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival and thus does not accept specific time requests.
What happens if my grass is tall or there are leaves in my yard?
In order to successfully find and collect poop: grass sprinklers must be turned off on the day of our service; grass must be maintained; leaves and other debris must be removed from the yard.
Will you scoop during inclement weather?
We do not wish to miss a service date due to weather. In the event there is dangerous weather, Poop Angels reserves the right to cancel service and reschedule the service or resume service for the following week. You may choose to scoop the dog waste yourself at no charge. If you choose to leave it for Poop Angels, the charge will be double the weekly fee for collecting double the poop.
Do you offer a credit or refund?
All prepaid services cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy will be credited to an account for use toward future services up to one year from the date of cancellation.
When will I be billed for scooping services?
Poop Angels requires a major credit card or debit card to be kept on file in our secure online portal. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Invoices are charged monthly. One-time services will be charged the minimum fee in advance of the service and any additional services/fees after the completion of service will be charged when the service is complete.
Can I give you keys?
Poop Angels prefers not to hold onto keys. If keys are required to access the yard, a lock box or combination lock may be provided by the client.
How will you access my yard?
Gates/doors must be unlocked and free and clear of any barriers blocking entry (i.e. dogs, locks, furniture, etc.) to the yard. If we cannot access your yard to complete a service, you will be notified and charged for the service.
What if you can’t access my yard?
If your gate is locked or your dog will not allow us entry into your yard, you will be notified and the service call will be marked as complete and charged in full.
Will you work around my aggressive dog?
We are unable to work around aggressive dogs. In the event that we cannot access your yard or complete a service due to an aggressive dog, Poop Angels will notify you and you will be charged for the service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Poop Angels understands sometimes you will need to cancel service because life just happens. You may pause, cancel or change your service. Poop Angles requires 24 hours advance notice to pause, cancel or change your service or you will be charged for the service.
What are your hours of operation?
Business hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Scooping hours are during daylight hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
How do you prevent the spread of disease?
To prevent spread of disease from yard to yard, we will disinfect our shoes, tools, and hands after each visit.
What do you do with my dog’s waste after you scoop?
Poop Angels will bag all waste and dispose of in your receptacle. Some clients prefer to have a space designated can. Just let us know.
What is your guarantee?
Not all superheros wear capes, and not all angels have halos – but at Poop Angels, it is our goal to make your experience heavenly – 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not happy, please contact us at 973-446-5001 or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the service. We’ll happily come back to re-scoop your yard for FREE. All work is considered final after 24 hours. Our guarantee is considered null and void if any of our Terms & Conditions are broken.
Can I put a hold on my service while on vacation?
If you and your pet plan to be on vacation and away from your home, please let us know if you would like to put a hold on your service. In the event you have a pet sitter staying who will be cleaning up the dog waste, you can cancel service at no charge. However, if the waste is left for cleaning upon Poop Angels return, additional fees will be applied.
What if there is bad weather?
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible. You may choose to scoop the dog waste yourself at no charge. If you choose to leave it for Poop Angels, the charge will be double the weekly fee for collecting double the poop.
How do I know when you are coming?
Poop Angels can send poop scoop appointment reminders. When you register with Poop Angels, you may opt into appointment reminders (via email/text) so you know we are coming.
Does my dog need vaccinations?
Your dog must be up to date on all proper vaccinations and make available said vaccinations for review in the event of a dog bite of a Poop Angles employee.
Will you need water access?
While on location, the Poop Angels may need to utilize your outdoor spigot to clean loose stools from your yard from equipment. We may also need to use it to mix sanitizers and disinfectants, or deodorizing solutions.
